Correlation of osteocalcin level in patients with metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的 :探讨代谢综合征患者骨钙素水平与体质量指数、血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数的相关性。方法 :根据2010年中国2型糖尿病防治指南中代谢综合征的诊断标准,从代谢综合征人群中随机选取50例作为代谢综合征组(A组),从体检中心健康人群中随机选取30例作为对照组(B组),分别测定身高、体质量、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹胰岛素(INS)、骨钙素(BGP)水平,分析骨钙素与体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血压的相关性。结果 :代谢综合征组(A组)BGP水平明显低于正常对照组(B组),两组比较有统计学意义。Pearson相关分析表明,血清BGP水平与BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HOMA-IR呈显著负相关,与TG无明显相关性。多元线性回归分析表明,BMI、FPG、HOMA-IR、SBP是BGP的独立影响因素,BGP是BMI、SBP的独立影响因素。结论 :骨钙素不仅与肥胖、糖代谢有关,而且与血压有关,可以作为代谢综合征的一个预测指标。 Objective To discuss the correlation of osteocalcin level with body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid and insulin resistance index in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods According to the diagnostic standard of metabolic syndrome in 2010 China guide line for type 2 diabetes, 50 patients with metabolic syndrome were assigned to the metabolic syndrome group (group A) and 30 healthy people in medical center were assigned to control group (group B). The height, weight, fasting blood glucose(FPG), triglycerides(TG), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting insulin (INS)and osteocalcin (BGP) level were measured , then the correlation of osteocalcin level with body mass index(BMI), fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure(BP), insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) were explored. Re-sults The levels of osteocalcin in metabolic syndrome group (group A) were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (group B), which existed significant differences beween these two groups. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum BGP level has significant negative correlation with BMI, SBP, DBP, FPG, HOMA IR, but it has no significant correlation with TG. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that BMI, fasting plasma glucose ,insulin ,HOMA IR and SBP are the independent factors which affect the BGP. Conclusion Osteocalcin is not only related to fat ,glucose metabolism, but also re-lated to lipid metabolism, and can be used as a predictor of the metabolic syndrome.
