柴胡疏肝散加味联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊炎的疗效探析

Therapeutic effect evaluation of Caihu shugan powder combined with ursodesoxycholic acid in the treatment of cholecystitis

目的 :探讨柴胡疏肝散加味联合熊去氧胆酸在胆囊炎治疗中的临床效果。方法：将我院2013年8月~2014年7月收治的112例胆囊炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用熊去氧胆酸治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝散加味联合熊去氧胆酸治疗,比较患者的临床疗效、mC gill疼痛量表评分。结果 :治疗后,研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组,ppi、pri与VaS评分明显优于对照组。结论 :柴胡疏肝散加味联合熊去氧胆酸是一个疗效确切的治疗胆囊炎的药物组合,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Caihu shugan powder combined with ursodesoxycholic acid in the treatment of cholecystitis. Methods 112 cases of cholecystitis patients who hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group, patients in control group were cured with ursodesoxycholic acid, whereas those in research group were treated with Caihu shugan powder combined with ursodesoxycholic acid, then compare the clinical effect and McGill pain ques-tionnaire of these two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of research group was significant higher than control group, PPI, PRI and VAS scores were marked lower than control group. Conclusion Caihu shugan powder combined with ursodes-oxycholic acid has accurate curative effect in the treatment of cholecystitis, so it has good application prospect.
