扣眼穿刺对血液透析患者生活质量和依从性的影响

Effect of Buttonhole puncture on the quality of life and the curative compliance of patients undergoing hemodialysis

目的:探讨扣眼穿刺对血液透析患者生活质量和依从性的影响。方法:方便性抽样选择2014年1月~2014年12月在中南大学湘雅医院血液净化中心采用自体动静脉内瘘穿刺进行维持性血液透析的患者120例,分别采用扣眼法(试验组60例)及传统区域法(对照组60例)穿刺内瘘,比较两组患者生活质量和依从性。结果:与区域穿刺组患者相比,扣眼穿刺组患者KDQOL-SF1.3分及其各条目得分和依从性均显著提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:扣眼穿刺可改善老年血液透析患者的生活质量,提高患者血液透析依从性。

Objective To invesgate the effects of Buttonhole puncture on the quality of life and the curative compliance of patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods By convenience sampling,totally 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis by autogenous arteriovenous fistula puncture were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. Quality of life and the curative compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores on KDQOLSF1.3 and medical compliance of Buttonhole puncture group were both significantly higher than those in fistula puncture group. Conclusion Buttonhole puncture may be helpful for the improvement of the quality of life and the medical compliance of hemodialysis in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
