急性冠脉综合征患者血浆Hcy、hS-CRP和BNP水平变化探讨

Acute coronary syndrome patients with plasma Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP levels to explore

目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者血浆中Hcy、h S-CRP和BNP的变化水平以及关系。方法:选取本院于2015年1月~2016年1月间收治的180例冠心病患者,按照病情将患者分为急性冠脉综合征组和稳定型心绞痛组,另外选取80例健康人群作为对照组,比较分析三组患者血浆中Hcy、h S-CRP和BNP的变化水平以及对于急性冠脉综合征预后影响情况。结果:急性冠脉综合征组血浆中的Hcy、h S-CRP和BNP三种水平均显著高于稳定型心绞痛组和对照组;急性冠脉综合征患者的血浆随着Hcy水平增加而升高,与h S-CRP以及BNP水平呈正相关。结论:血浆中的Hcy、h S-CRP和BNP三种水平之间的差异反映出患者冠心病不同疾病表征,根据血液中三种物质的水平高低可以对患者疾病进行判定,同时还可根据血浆中Hcy、h S-CRP和BNP三种水平来评估患者的预后能力。

Objective To study the acute coronary syndrome changes the level of Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP in plasma of patients with syndrome and relationship. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 January in January were 180 cases of coronary heart disease patients. According to the condition the patients were classified as acute coronary syndrome group and stable angina group,in addition to select 80 cases of healthy people as control group,comparative analysis of three groups of patients with plasma Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP levels and for acute coronary comprehensive prognostic sign situation. ResultsAfter the hospital group study,plasma Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP levels :acute coronary comprehensive syndrome group. Plasma Hcy,HS-CRP and BNP level were significantly higher than those of stable angina pectoris(SAP)group and control group,with statistical significance. Acute coronary syndrome and plasma Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome :correlation of plasma increased with increase in the levels of Hcy,h S-CRP and BNP levels were positively correlated with. Conclusion The differences between the three levels of plasma Hcy,HS- CRP and BNP reflects in patients with coronary disease characterization,can according to blood in three kinds of material level was used to determine the disease and to assess the prognosis of the patients ability according to the three levels of plasma Hcy,HS- CRP and BNP.
