摘要
目的 :探讨进展性脑梗死患者肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与白介素18(IL-18)临床意义的研究。方法 :将107例进展性脑梗死患者作为进展组,将105例稳定性脑梗死患者作为稳定组,选取100例同期进行体检的健康人作为正常组,对比分析三组血清HGF、IL-18水平的变化;将进展性脑梗死患者按NIHSS评分及脑梗死体积分别分为三组,对比各组血清HGF、IL-18水平的变化。结果 :进展组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著高于稳定组及正常组;稳定组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著高于正常组;轻度组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于中度组及重度组;中度组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于重度组;小型组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于中型组及大型组;中型组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于大型组;进展性脑梗死患者HGF与IL-18呈正相关。结论 :进展性脑梗死病情越重、梗死体积越大、神经功能缺损程度越强,患者血清HGF、IL-18水平就越高。
Objective To discuss progress in patients with cerebral infarction hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and interleukin 18(IL-18) clinical significance of research. Methods 107 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were used as the development group. 105 patients with stable cerebral infarction as stable group. 100 healthy persons were selected as the normal group. The changes of serum HGF and IL-18 levels in the three groups were compared and analyzed. The progressive cerebral infarction patients were divided into three groups according to the NIHSS score and the volume of cerebral infarction. Changes of serum HGF and IL-18 levels were compared between the groups. Results The serum levels of HGF and IL-18 were significantly higher in the patients with advanced group than that in the stable group and the normal group. The serum levels of HGF and IL-18 were significantly higher in the stable group than in the normal group. The serum levels of HGF and IL-18 were significantly lower in the mild group than in the moderate group and the severe group. The serum levels of HGF and IL-18 in patients with moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group. Small group serum HGF and IL-18 levels were significantly lower than those in the medium group and large group, the difference is significant; medium serum HGF and IL-18 levels were significantly lower in large groups. HGF was positively correlated with IL-18 in patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Conclusion The severity of progressive cerebral infarction, the greater the infarct volume, the greater the degree of neurological impairment, the higher the level of serum HGF and IL-18 in patients.
