摘要
目的 :探讨麝香乌龙丸对中医不同证型类风湿关节炎(RA)血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞粘附分子1(VCAM-1)表达的影响。方法 :选取华北理工大学附属医院风湿免疫门诊及住院收治的类风湿关节炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例;对照组采用白芍总苷胶囊治疗,观察组采用麝香乌龙丸;对比两组患者治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平变化。结果 :观察组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组73.33%;两组治疗后血清CRP、ESR、RF、TNF-α、IL-1β的水平均显著下降;观察组治疗后血清CRP、ESR、RF、TNF-α、IL-1β的水平显著低于对照组;两组治疗后血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平均显著下降;观察组治疗后血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平显著低于对照组。结论 :麝香乌龙丸能显著减轻类风湿关节炎的炎性反应,降低血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平。
Objective To explore the relationship of Shexiang Wulong Pill on different TCM Syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of serum macrophage mobile inhibition factor(MIF), intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1)expression of affect. Methods North Polytechnic University hospital rheumatology outpatient and inpatient patients admitted 90 cases of rheumatoid arthritis. They were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. Control group with total glucosides of paeony capsule in the treatment of. Observation group was treated with ShexiangWulong pill. Changes of serum CRP, ESR, RF, TNF-α, MIF, IL-1β, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency of 93.33% in observation group, the control group was 73.33%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The two group after treatment, serum CRP, ESR, RF, TNF-α, IL-1β levels were significantly decreased. The levels of serum CRP, ESR, RF, TNF-α, IL-1β of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The two group after treatment, serum MIF, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were significantly decreased. The levels of serum MIF, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the inflammatory reaction of Shexiang Wulong pill can significantly reduce rheumatoid arthritis, reduce serum MIF, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels.
