微创T-Fix系统与半月板切除术在老年半月板纵行裂的对照研究

Minimally invasive T-Fix system with meniscectomy in older meniscus longitudinal crack control study

目的 :对照研究微创T-Fix系统与半月板切除术治疗老年半月板纵行裂伤的临床疗效。方法 :选取我院收治的64例老年半月板纵行裂伤患者作为研究对象,其中34例进行微创T-Fix系统修复(A组),30例行半月板切除术(B组),对比两组患者的手术疗效及并发症情况。结果 :A组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著性低于B组。末次随访时,两组的Lysholm评分均较术前显著提高,但组间比较,A组的Lysholm评分改善程度显著比B组更显著。A组的手术优良率为91.18%显著高于B组的66.67%。两组的半月板临床愈合率为对比无显著差异,B组的并发症发生率显著高于A组。结论 :半月板切除术和微创T-Fix系统修复术均能有效治疗老年半月板纵行裂伤,但是微创T-Fix系统修复术的并发症更少,膝关节功能恢复效果更好。

Objective To study of minimally invasive T-Fix system with meniscectomy clinical curative effect for the treatment of elderly longitudinal tear meniscus laceration. Methods Choose 64 cases of our hospital in elderly patients with meniscus longitudinal laceration as the research object, including 34 cases with minimally invasive T-Fix system repair(group A), 30 patients underwent resection of the meniscus(group B), compared two groups of patients with surgical curative effect and complications. Results In group A of the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay were significantly lower than that of group B. The last follow-up, was the Lysholm rating of two group were significantly higher compared with preoperative, but comparison between groups, group A Lysholm improved score significantly more significantly than group B. Group A surgery was 66.67%(91.18%)is significantly higher than group B. Two groups of meniscus clinical healing rate was no significant difference, contrast complication rates significantly higher than that of group A and group B. Conclusion Minimally invasive and meniscectomy T-Fix system prosthesis can effectively treat senile torn meniscus longitudinal, but minimally invasive T-less complications, Fix system prosthesis knee functional recovery effect is better.
