摘要
目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者核因子κB受体活化因子(RANK)及其配体(RANKL)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)、白介素-18(IL-18)、IL-33及B淋巴细胞表面表达的B淋巴细胞刺激因子受体(BAFF-R)水平表达情况。方法:临床纳入RA患者72例,同时纳入70例健康体检者作为研究的对照组。分别检测RA组患者以及对照组外周血RANK、RANKL、caspase-1、IL-18、IL-33及BAFF-R等水平。结果:(1)RA组RANK、RANKL表达率差异无显著性;但RA组RANK在CD3+T淋巴细胞、CD14+单核细胞、中性粒细胞上的表达强度要明显低于对照组,差异有显著性;RA组与对照组RANKL表达强度差异无显著性;(2)RA组caspase-1及其下游因子IL-18、IL-33水平均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性;相关性分析显示,caspase-1与IL-18、IL-33呈现正相关;(3)RA组BAFF-R水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论:通过对RA患者进行外周血RANK、RANKL、caspase-1、IL-18、IL-33及BAFF-R水平检测,能够综合评估病情的进展。另外,RA的发生及发展是多种机制共同作用的结果。
Objective To study the expression of RANK,RANKL,caspase-1,IL-18,IL-33 and BAFF-R in RA patients.Methods 72 RA patients were selected and 70 healthy check-ups were selected as control group.The level of RANK,RANKL,caspase-1,IL-18,IL-33 and BAFF-R for RA group and control group was detected.Results(1)The expression rate of RANK and RANKL for RA group and control group was not significantly different;the expression intensity of RANK in CD3+T lymphocyte cell,CD14+monocyte and neutrophile granulocyte for RA group was significantly lower than that of control group;the expression intensity of RANKL for RA group and control group was not significantly different;(2)The level of caspase-1,IL-18,IL-33 for RA group was significantly higher than that of control group;according to the correlation analysis,the expression of caspase-1 was positively correlated with the expression of IL-18 and IL-33;(3) The level of BAFF-R for RA group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion For RA patients,the detection of RANK,RANKL,caspase-1,IL-18,IL-33 and BAFF-R can make a comprehensive evaluation on the illness progress.In addition,the genesis and development of RA is contributed to the concurrent action of multiple mechanisms.
