带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床研究

Clinical study with plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation

目的:研究带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法:选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的50例肩锁关节脱位患者为研究对象,在患者签署知情同意书后随机分为对照组(锁骨钩钢板治疗)及观察组(带袢钢板治疗),术后均随访10个月时间,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组优良率88%,同期对照组优良率60%,差异有统计学意义;两组术前肩关节活动度、VAS评分、Constant评分相比较,差异无统计学意义,术后二者相比较,差异有统计学意义;观察组手术切口长度、手术时间、出血量、复位丢失量均优于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效确切,可作为临床治疗的优选方案推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acromioclavicular dislocation with shoulder plate treatment.MethodsIn our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were 50 cases of shoulder lock joint dislocation patients as the research object,in patients with informed consent were randomly divided into control group(treated with clavicular hook plate) and observation group(with plate treatment),all patients were followed up for 10 months,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the excellent rate of 88%,compared with the control group the excellent rate was 60%,the difference was statistically significant;the two groups preoperative shoulder joint activity and VAS score and Constant score were compared,the difference was not statistically significant,after the two comparison,the difference was statistically significant;incision length,operative time,blood loss,loss of reduction were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The plate for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation curative effect,can be used for optimal clinical treatment to promote the use of.
