不同用药方案在预防产后出血中的疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effectof different regimen in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探析卡孕栓或催产素单独或联合应用在产妇产后出血中的预防效果。方法:分析2015年2月~2016年8月在我院产科足月妊娠的66例自然分娩产妇的临床资料。根据用药方式的不同,将入选者分成对照组1(卡孕栓,21例)、对照组2(催产素,22例)和观察组(卡孕栓+催产素,23例)三组。比较三组产妇的基线资料、第三产程及产后出血情况、产前宫缩过强情况、用药后的不良反应及新生儿窒息情况。结果:三组基线资料无显著差异性。观察组产妇的第三产程时间、产后2h及24h出血量以及产后出血率均显著较对照组1、对照组2低;三组产妇产前均未出现宫缩过强的现象;各组新生儿窒息情况及用药后的不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论:催产素+卡孕栓联合应用在产妇产后出血中具有良好的预防效果,不仅操作简便、不良反应小,而且可以显著缩短第三产程时间、降低产后出血量,值得推广。

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed toanalyze the protective effect of carprost or oxytocin separate or joint with each other in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 66 full-term pregnancywomen at our hospitalfrom February,2015 to August,2016 was retrospectivelyanalyzed.Patients included were divided into three groups according to the treatment,observe group(carprost +oxytocin,23 cases),control group 1(carprost,21 cases) and control group 2(oxytocin,22cases).The general information,the third labor and postpartum hemorrhage,prenatal contractions strong over,adverse reaction and neonatal asphyxia after treatment in three groups were compared.Results The general information in three groups had no statistical difference.The time of the third page of labor,the postpartum 2h,24 h bleeding and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in observe group were obviously lower than those in control group 1 and control group 2.There were no prenatal contractions strong over cases in three groups.The adverse reaction rate and neonatal asphyxia rate after treatment in three groups had no statistical difference.Conclusion The protective effect of carprost joint withoxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage is the best,which not only has simplicity of operator,little adverse reaction,but also could significantly shorten the time of the third page of labor and decrease the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.It's worth promoting.
