保肛手术对低位直肠癌患者的疗效、生活质量及肛门功能恢复的效果分析

The effect of anus preserving operation on the curative effect, quality of life and recovery of anal function in patients with low rectal cancer

目的:探讨保肛手术对低位直肠癌患者的疗效、生活质量及肛门功能恢复的效果。方法:选择2008年3月~2015年3月我院接诊的100例低位直肠癌患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行常规Miles法,观察组行保肛手术。比较两组患者手术效果。结果:观察组在手术时间比对照组短,术中出血量少于对照组,排便功能恢复时间比对照组短;观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组;在术后1月、半年,两组患者各项生活质量指标均得到改善,但观察组结果均比对照组高;通过随访1年,观察组转移、复发率低于对照组,生存率高于对照组。结论:在低位直肠癌患者中实施保肛手术效果显著,术后排便功能恢复快,并可提高生活质量,有利于长期预后,值得应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of anus preserving operation on the curative effect,quality of life and recovery of anal function in patients with low rectal cancer.Methods 100 patients with low straightened cancer;from March 2008 to March 2015 in our hospital were researched.They were divided randomly into observation and control groups.The control group was treated with routine Mile method,and the observation group was treated with anus preserving operation.They were compared with the operation effect of the two groups.Results The operation time was shorter than the control group,the amount of blood loss in the observation group,was less than that of the control group;the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group;in the first half of January,two groups of patients with the quality of life indicators were improved,but the observation group was higher than the control group;after 1 years follow-up,the rate of metastasis and recurrence of observation group was lower than the control group,and the survival rate was higher than the control group.Conclusion The effect of anus preserving operation in low straightened cancer patients was significant,postoperative defecation function recovery is fast,and can improve the quality of life,is conducive to long-term prognosis,it is worthy of application and promotion
