血清25羟维生素D_3与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性

Correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:研究在2型糖尿病患者中发生周围神经病变与血清25羟维生素D_3水平之间的关系。方法:选取我院自2015年4月~2016年4月期间诊治的40例合并周围神经病变的2型糖尿病患者作为实验组,选取同期收治的单纯2型糖尿病患者作为参照组,对比分析两组患者血清25羟维生素D_3水平、实验室检测指标水平,研究2型糖尿病周围神经病变以及血清25羟维生素D_3的关系。结果:实验组与参照组2型糖尿病患者在PTH、血肌酐、血磷、血钙等指标方面差异并不显著,统计学不存在意义。经Pearson检验,血清25羟维生素D_3与患者年龄、体重指数、吸烟史等之间不存在相关性,与糖尿病病程成负相关。实验组患者血清25羟维生素D_3水平对比参照组存在统计学有意义,2型糖尿病周围神经病变与血清25羟维生素D_3在体内的含量有关。结论:2型糖尿病周围神经病变以及血清25羟维生素D_3之间存在负相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, forty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as the experimental group and forty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the same period were selected as the reference group to analyze the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, laboratory test indicators level and study the relationship between type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3. Results There was no significant difference in the indexes of PTH, serum creatinine, serum phosphorus and serum calcium between the experimental group and the control group. There was no correlation between serum 25-OH D3 and age, body mass index and correlated negatively with the course of diabetes by Pearson test. The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the reference group andtype 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is associated with serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the body. Conclusion There was a negative correlation between type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3.
