摘要
目的:探讨注射用兰索拉唑与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法:将注射用兰索拉唑与10%葡萄糖(10%GS)、5%葡萄糖氯化钠(5%GNS)、生理氯化钠溶液(0.9%NS)和5%葡萄糖(5%GS)进行配伍,在室温条件下检测12h内外观、pH值及含量变化。结果:注射用兰索拉唑配伍稳定性最好的是0.9%NS,12h内一直无颜色变化,而与10%GS和5%GS配伍6h即出现微黄色,而8h后与5%GNS配伍的溶液出现微黄色;12h内,与0.9%NS配伍的pH值高于其他溶液;0.9%NS与注射用兰索拉唑配伍,在8h内药物含量仍超过99.0%,较其他3种配伍液高;与0.9%NS配伍溶液中有关物质在12h内仍在1%以内,其他三种溶液6h后,有关物质均超过1%。结论:注射用兰索拉唑与0.9%NS配伍使用,其稳定性最好,应在6h内使用。
Objective To investigate the compatibility stability of Lansoprazole injection with 4 kinds of infusion. MethodsLansoprazole injection was compatibility with 10% glucose(10%GS), 5% glucose and sodium chloride(5%GNS), Sodium Chloride Physiological Solution(0.9%NS) and 5% glucose(5%GS), at room temperature, measured 12 h the appearance, pH and content. Results Lansoprazole injection compatibility with 0.9%NS had good stability, within 12 h had been colorless, compatibility with 10%GS becames slightly yellow within 6 h, compatibility with 5%GNS became slightly yellow within 8 h, compatibility with 5%GS becames slightly yellow within 6 h; Within 12 h, compatibility with 0.9% NS pH was higher than the other solution; Within 8 h, Lansoprazole injection compatibility with 0.9%NS, its content was more than 99%, higher than the other three kinds of solution; compatibility with 0.9% NS solution within 12 h the related substances were still less than 1%, the other three kinds of solution the related substances were more than 1%. Conclusion The concomitant use of Lansoprazole injection and 0.9%NS, its stability is best, should be used within the 6 h.
