AR患者联合用药、单独鼻用激素维持治疗对疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of combined therapy of AR patients and maintenance therapy on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with nasal steroids

目的:探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)患者采取联合用药及单独鼻用激素维持治疗对患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年1月~2015年6月本院收治的79例中重度AR患者进行回顾性分析,其中联合组42例患者采取布地奈德+孟鲁斯特联合治疗,治疗1周后采取布地奈德维持治疗1个月,对照组37例患者仅采取布地奈德治疗1个月,对比两组患者的临床症状、治疗效果及生活质量。结果:治疗1个月后,联合组患者的喷嚏、鼻痒、流鼻涕、鼻塞、鼻部体征VAS评分均显著低于对照组,联合组患者的生理职能、生理功能、总体健康、活力评分均显著高于对照组,联合组患者的治疗显效率61.90%显著高于对照组的37.84%;联合组的不良反应发生率16.67%与对照组的10.81%差异无统计学意义。结论:AR患者采取联合用药及鼻用激素维持治疗效果更好,同时具有较好的安全性。

Conclusion AR patients taking combination therapy and nasal maintain better treatment with hormones, but also has better security.
