烟雾模拟雾霾环境对大鼠气道高反应性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:本研究旨在观察用燃烧法模拟雾霾颗粒物环境对大鼠气道高反应性的影响。方法:取60只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为6组:正常对照组;哮喘模型组;雾霾吸入2天组;雾霾吸入4天组;雾霾吸入6天组;雾霾吸入8天组,每组10只。采用小动物呼吸机与肺组织切片HE染色,以检测各组SD雄性大鼠呼吸道反应性和肺部嗜酸性粒细胞比例。结果:随着雾霾吸入时间的加长,呼吸道粘液分泌量增加,气道炎症加重,SD雄性大鼠的气道高反应性愈发明显。结论:吸入雾霾颗粒物能引发并加重SD雄性大鼠的气道高反应性。 Objective This study was designed to observe the impacts of simulated haze environm-ent by burning method to Airway Hyperresponsiveness in Rats. Methods 60 male Wister rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group; asthma modelgroup; haze particlesinhalation group for two days, four days, six days and eight days, 10 rats in each group on average. Rodent ventilator and the technology of HE stainings were used to observe the airway responsiveness in the lungs, Pulmonary eosinophil ratio. Results With the time of haze particles inhalation extension, the airway hyperresponsivenessis becoming more evident, while the amount of secretions of the airway mucus is increased rapidly; the airwayinflammation is become serious evidently. Conclusion The results given above reveal that the airway hyperresponsiveness could be incurred and exacerbated through inhaling the haze particles.
