摘要
目的:探讨氨甲环酸在脊柱结核手术中的应用价值。方法:以2014年6月~2015年10月在我院接受手术手术的脊柱结核患者为观察对象。并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者,观察组在手术开始即刻给予氨甲环酸,对照组给予等量生理盐水。观察两组患者手术出血量及引流量的差异,比较手术前后炎症细胞因子水平和生活质量的差异。结果:观察组术中出血量和术后引流量均较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者手术前的IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平无明显差别,手术后,两组患者的上述指标均较手术前降低,且观察组降低更明显;两组患者手术前生活质量各维度得分无明显差别,手术后,两组患者的生活质量得分均较手术前增高,且观察组增高更明显。结论:氨甲环酸可减少脊柱结核手术的术中出血和引流量,缓解术后炎症反应,可明显提高患者的术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the application value of tranexamic acid in surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis. Methods Patients with spinal tuberculosis who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2015 were observed. And were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 40 patients. The observation group in the operation was given tranexamic acid, the control group received normal saline. The differences of blood volume and blood volume were observed between the two groups, and the differences of the levels of inflammatory cytokines and quality of life were compared before and after operation. Results In the observation group, the bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant; The level of IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-levels of the two groups of patients before operation had no significant difference. After the operation, the index of the two groups of patients were lower than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly lower. There were no significant differences in scores of quality of life between the two groups before surgery. After surgery, the scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than before, and the observation group was significantly higher. Conclusion Tranexamic acid can reduce the surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis operation bleeding and drainage, alleviate inflammatory reaction after operation, patients can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life.
