双胎妊娠出生体重的超声预测效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:采用声检测获得双胎妊娠胎儿多项生物学指标预测胎儿体重,并与常规预测新生儿体重方法比较,评估超声预测双胎妊娠出生体重的效果。方法:选取2013年6月~2016年6月于我院分娩的双胎妊娠孕妇94例,采用随机数表法分为超声预测组和常规预测组,超声预测组应用超声检测胎儿的头围、股骨长度、腹围等指标,并使用Hadlock公式计算分别测量双胎中较大、较小胎儿的体重,常规预测组收集孕妇的宫高、腹围、先露高低、胎盘大大位置等综合信息,使用基础公式分别计算双胎中较大、较小胎儿体重,并将两组预测的结果与实际新生儿体重比较,分析超声预测双胎妊娠出生体重的准确性。结果:超声预测组预测较大胎儿体重为3150±458g,较大新生儿出生平均体重为3210±385g,两组差异不有统计学意义;常规预测组预测较大胎儿体重为3650±112g,较大新生儿出生平均体重为3220±342g,两组差异具有统计学意义;超声预测组预测较小胎儿体重为2350±233g,较小新生儿出生平均体重为2430±256g,两组差异不具有统计学意义;常规预测组预测较小胎儿体重为1970±183g,较小新生儿出生平均体重为2280±267g,两组差异具有统计学意义;超声预测组较大胎儿预测体重符合率为80.9%,常规预测组较大胎儿预测体重符合率为51.1%,差异具有统计学意义;超声预测组较小胎儿预测体重符合率为74.5%,常规预测组较小胎儿预测体重符合率为55.3%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:超声预测在双胎妊娠出生体重的预测中准确率较常规预测方法更高,值得临床推广。 Objective Ultrasound was used to obtain fetal biopsy of twin fetuses. The fetal weight was predicted and compared with the conventional method of predicting neonatal body weight. The effect of ultrasound on the birth weight of twin pregnancy was evaluated. Methods Atotal of 94 pregnant women with twin pregnancies who were delivered from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the ultrasound prediction group and the conventional prediction group, Ultrasound group was used to detect the head circumference, femur length, abdominal circumference and other indicators of the fetus by ultrasound, and use the Hadlock formula to calculate the weight of the larger and larger fetus in the twins, Routine prediction group to collect pregnant women's high, abdominal circumference, the first high and low, placenta and other large positions comprehensive information, the use of basic formula were calculated in the larger twins, larger fetal weight, and the results of the two groups were compared with the actual neonatal body weight, and the accuracy of ultrasound was used to predict the birth weight of twins. Results The body weight of the newborn was 3210 ± 385, and the difference was significant. The coincidence rate of the predicted fetal weight was 80.9% in the ultrasound prediction group and 51.1% in the predicted group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ultrasound prediction in the prediction of birth weight in twin pregnancy is more accurate than conventional predictive methods and is worthy of clinical promotion.
