摘要
目的:根据子宫肌瘤的数量,位置和大小,子宫直径和体积,将术前超声检查与术中及解剖病理结果相比较。方法:对于2015年3月~2017年3月期间,将126名进行子宫肌瘤手术的患者进行前瞻性研究。患者分为两组:A组进行子宫切除术,B组进行子宫肌瘤剔除术。在手术前1天进行超声检查,并且将超声检查的肌瘤数目与术中和解剖病理结果进行比较。应用Wilcoxon测试来比较每种技术数据。结果:两组术中所见和超声检查的肌瘤数量没有显著差异,且无统计学意义;而术中所见和病理结果之间存在统计学意义;肌瘤数目小于等于6,两组肌瘤数量与病理学不存在统计学意义;肌瘤数量超过6,两组肌瘤数量与解剖病理学存在统计学意义。结论:超声在确定子宫肌瘤的确切数量方面有局限性,少数患者由于肌瘤数目较多或肌瘤位置不确定而出现症状需要手术,且要求保留生育功能的患者,需要精准的检查。在数目超过6个肌瘤的患者中,需要借助磁共振进行检查。
Objective Aaccording to the number, location and size, diameter and volume of uterine fibroids, the preoperative ultrasonography was compared with the intraoperative and anatomical results. Methods For the period from March 2016 to March 2017, 126 patients underwent surgical uterine fibroids were prospectively studied. The patients were divided into two groups: A group, B group, hysterectomy, myomectomy. Ultrasonography was performed in 1 days before surgery, and ultrasound examination of myoma and the number of intraoperative and pathologic anatomy the results were compared. The application of Wilcoxon test to compare each kind of technical data. Results There were no significant differences in the number of the two groups of patients and ultrasound examination of myoma, and no statistical significance; there were statistical significance between the intraoperative findings and pathological results; the myoma number is less than or equal to 6, the number of two groups of myoma and anatomical pathology was not statistically significance; the number of fibroids number more than 6, two groups of myoma and anatomic pathology had statistical significance. Conclusion Ultrasound has limitations in determining the exact number of uterine fibroids, due to the small number of patients or more number of fibroids fibroids position uncertain symptoms need surgery, and to preserve the fertility of patients requires accurate examination. In more than 6 patients with leiomyoma, need to be examined by using magnetic resonance.
