内镜手术联合综合药物治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果观察

Effect of endoscopic surgery combined with synthetic medicine on chronic rhinosinusitis

目的:探讨内镜手术联合综合药物治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的效果。方法:2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的CRS患者208例,采用随机数字表为分组原则将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各104例。对照组采用综合药物治疗,研究组采用经鼻内镜手术联合综合药物治疗。观察对比两组治疗3个月后的效果,治疗前与治疗3个月、6个月后VAS总症状与SNOT-20躯体症状评分的变化。结果:经过治疗后,研究组对疾病的总控制率96.15%,高于对照组78.85%。研究组治疗3个月、6个月时,VAS总症状评分低于对照组。研究组治疗3个月、6个月时,SNOT-20躯体症状评分低于对照组。结论:内镜手术联合综合药物治疗中重度CRS可以有效改善其临床症状与躯体症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic surgery combined with synthetic medicine in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods From January 2015 to December ~2016 in our hospital, 208 patients with CRS, using random number table as a grouping principle, divided into the control group and the study group, each group 104 cases. The control group was treated with comprehensive medicine, and the study group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with comprehensive drug treatment. The effects of two months after treatment were observed and compared. The changes of VAS symptoms and SNOT-20 physical symptoms scores before and after treatment 3 months and 6 months were compared between the 3 groups. Results After treatment, the total control rate of the study group was 96.15%, higher than that of the control group 78.85%. The total score of VAS in the study group was lower than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months. The scores of SNOT-20 somatic symptoms were lower in the study group than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery combined with comprehensive drug treatment of moderate and severe CRS can effectively improve its clinical symptoms and physical symptoms, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
