门诊患者和体检者中人乳头瘤病毒感染的基因型别分析 被引量:3

Gene Types Analysis of human papillomavirus in out-patients and healthy cases

摘要 目的:了解人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因分型,为HPV感染控制提供依据。方法:分析2015年1月~2015年11月湖南某三甲医院皮肤与性病门诊及泌尿外科门诊就诊的1286名患者的HPV分型检测结果,了解人群HPV感染状况以及亚型分布规律。结果:共检出HPV阳性535例,阳性率为41.60%。检出21种HPV型别,最常见为6型,检出率为38.32%(205/535),未检出82和83型。其中男性的HPV阳性率为39.12%,以低危型多见,感染的高峰年龄为26~35岁,但各年龄段感染率的差异并无统计学意义,其优势亚型为6和11型,构成比分别为23.58%和12.07%。女性的HPV阳性率为45.33%,以高危型多见。感染的高峰年龄为26~35岁,但各年龄段感染率的差异并无统计学意义,其优势型别为6和52型,构成比分别为18.31%和12.05%。结论:男性HPV感染者最常见的亚型为6和11型,且高低危混合感染较常见;女性HPV感染者最常见的亚型为6和52型,高危型最多见。 Objective To investigate the distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) subtypes in Changsha area, and provide the basis for formulation of HPV infection prevention strategy. Methods HPV classification testing results of 1286 STD clinic patients of hunan province people's hospital on January 1, 2015 to November 18, 2015 were analyzed by a retrospective analysis so as to make a conclusion about HPV infection status and subtypes distribution in Changsha area. Results Among 1286 cases, HPV was detected in 535(41.60%) cases which include 302 male patients and 233 female patients. HPV infected rate is 39.12% in Male, especially HPV6 and HPV11 are the most common types. HPV infection was significantly associated with young age(<35 years). HPV infected rate is 45.33% in Female, HPV6 and HPV52 are the most common types. And the peak age is from 26 to 35 years. Conclusion The most common subtypes of male in Changsha are HPV6 and HPV11. high and low risk subtypes mixed infection is common. At the same time, HPV6 and HPV52 are more common for female in Changsha who saw a doctor in STD clinic.
