小金片对桥本氏甲状腺结节患者甲状腺功能的影响

Effects of Xiaojin tablets on thyroid function in Hashimoto's thyroid nodules

目的:探讨小金片对桥本氏甲状腺结节患者甲状腺功能的影响及临床疗效。方法:选取90例桥本氏甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,根据随机、单盲分为对照组和小金片组,每组45例。对照组予左甲状腺素钠片25~50ug/d口服,并根据临床表现和实验室检查结果,适时调整用药剂量。小金片组在上述基础上予小金片2~3片/次,2次/d。两组均连续服用4周。检测血清甲状腺功能及自身抗体变化,甲状腺超声参数,评价临床症状、体征评分,比较临床效果。结果:与治疗前相比,两组T3、T4、FT3、FT4无变化,TSH降低,Tg Ab、TPo Ab、TRAb降低,咽部异物感、乏力、腰酸腿软、眠差症状、体征评分降低;与对照组相比,小金片组TSH较高,Tg Ab、TPo Ab、TRAb较低,结节横截面平均直径(JD1)、最大结节横截面直径(JD2)、甲状腺体积(JV)降低,咽部异物感、乏力、腰酸腿软、眠差症状、体征评分较低,治疗有效率较高。结论:小金片是治疗桥本氏甲状腺结节的有效药物,并对甲状腺功能影响较小,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaojin tablets on thyroid function in Hashimoto's thyroid nodules and its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 90 patients with Hashimoto's thyroid nodules were randomly divided into the control group and the small gold plate group, with 45 patients each. The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets 25 ~ 50 ug/d orally, and the dosage was adjusted according to the clinical and laboratory results. Small gold plate group received more with Xiaojin tablets 2~3 tablets, bid. The two groups were given 4 weeks of continuous use. The changes of serum thyroid function and autoantibody, thyroid ultrasound parameters, clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated, and the clinical effects were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, 2 groups of T3, T4, FT3, FT4 had no change, TSH decreased, Tg Ab, TPo Ab and TRAb decreased, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, fatigue, backache leg soft, poor sleep symptoms and signs score decreased. Compared with the control group, TSH were higher in small piece of gold group, Tg Ab, TPo Ab, TRAb were lower, nodule cross-sectional average diameter(JD1), maximum nodule cross-sectional diameter(JD2), thyroid volume(JV) were lower, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, fatigue, lumbar acid Tuiruan, insomnia symptoms and signs were lower, the effective rate of treatment was higher. Conclusion Xiao Jin tablet is an effective drug for the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroid nodules, and has little effect on thyroid function. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
