氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑对牙周炎患者血清与龈沟液相关指标的影响观察

Observation on the influence of ofloxacin combined with metronidazole for the serum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of patients with periodontitis

目的:观察及研究氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑对牙周炎患者血清与龈沟液相关指标的影响状态。方法:将2015年2月~2016年2月期间于本院进行诊治的58例牙周炎患者设置为研究对象,并将58例患者随机分为对照组29例和观察组29例,对照组采用甲硝唑进行治疗,观察组则采用氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑进行治疗,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后不同时间的血清及龈沟液相关指标进行比较。结果:治疗前两组患者的血清及龈沟液相关指标均无明显差异,而治疗后3d、5d及7d观察组的血清及龈沟液相关指标水平均低于对照组,均有显著性差异。结论:氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑对牙周炎患者血清与龈沟液相关指标的影响更为积极,因此对于牙周炎患者的应用价值相对更高。

Objective To observe and study the influence state of ofloxacin combined with metronidazole for the serum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of patients with periodontitis. Methods 58 patients with periodontitis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study object, and 58 patients were randomly divided into control group 29 cases and observation group 29 cases, then the control group were treated with metronidazole, the observation group were treated with ofloxacin combined with metronidazole, and theserum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. Results The serum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of two groups before the treatment had no obvious differences, while the serum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of observation group at third, fifth and seventh day after the treatment were all lower than those of control group, the differences of two groups were all significant. Conclusion The influence of ofloxacin combined with metronidazole for the serum and gingival crevicular fluid related indexes of patients with periodontitis are more active, so its application value in the patients with periodontitis is relatively higher.
