雪峰虫草超微粉Ⅰ段生殖毒性试验研究

Experimental study on the stage Ⅰ reproductive toxicity of ultramicro powder of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis

目的 :探讨雪峰虫草超微粉对SD大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育的影响。方法 :根据《药物生殖毒性研究技术指导原则》对雪峰虫草超微粉灌胃给药对SD大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育的毒性进行试验。结果 :试验期间各组动物进食量及体重增长正常;动物交配、生育能力及早期胚胎发育未见明显异常,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :在本试验条件下,雪峰虫草超微粉对SD大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育未见明显毒性作用。

Objective Observation on the effect of ultramicro powder of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis on the fertility of SD rats and the development of early embryo. Method According to the guiding for evaluation of drug reproductive toxicity, the toxicity of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis superfine powder on the fertility and early embryo development of SD rats was tested. Results During the experiment, the intake and body weight of each group increased normally, and there was no significant difference in mating, fertility and early embryo development between the experimental and control group. There was no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion Under this experimental condition, the Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis superfine powder has no toxic effect on the fertility and early embryo development of SD rats.
