美罗培南对重症感染肺炎儿童降钙素原及炎症因子的影响

The effects of Meropenem for children severe infection pneumonia on PCT and inflammatory factors

目的 :探讨美罗培南对重症感染肺炎儿童血清降钙素原(PCT)及炎症因子水平的影响。方法 :选取2016年6月～2017年6月入住我院的重症感染肺炎患儿120例,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予美罗培南治疗。检测两组治疗前后血清PCT及炎症因子水平。结果 :治疗前:两组患儿PCT、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α含量比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后:两组患儿PCT、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平与同组治疗前比较,均显著降低,且观察组PCT、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异对比有显著性;观察组治疗7d后,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异对比有显著性。结论 :PCT与炎症因子水平可以反映重症感染肺炎的病程发展情况;美罗培南联合常规治疗可以使患儿PCT及炎症因子水平较快的恢复到正常水平,提高重症感染肺炎儿童的临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of Meropenem on PCT and inflammatory factors for severe infection pneumonia in children. Methods 120 cases of severe infection pneumonia in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each group were 30 cases. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was given meropenem on the basis of routine treatment. Serum PCT and inflammatory factors were detected in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, compared two groups of PCT, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-alpha content, there was no statistically significant difference; After treatment, PCT, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were significantly decreased than those before treatment in both of two groups; The PCT, IL-6 IL-10, IL-8, and TNF-α of observation group were all significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was significant; After 7 d treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion The level of PCT and inflammatory factors can reflect the course of development of severe pneumonia; meropenem combined with routine treatment can make the patients with PCT and inflammatory cytokines rapidly restored to normal levels, improve the clinical effect of the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.
