两种蓝光照射方法治疗新生儿黄疸的效果分析

目的 :探讨两种蓝光照射方法对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法 :选取2015年3月～2017年2月在我院接受治疗的新生儿黄疸患者为研究对象,并根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规蓝光照射,观察组给予间断蓝光照射。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患儿治疗前后胆红素等实验室指标水平、不良反应发生率的差异。结果 :两组患者治疗有效率无明显差别;两组患者治疗前TRF、CRP和胆红素水平无差别,治疗后,两组患者的TRF水平均较治疗前增高,CRP和胆红素水平均较治疗前降低,而两组间比较无差别;观察组患儿皮疹、奶量减少、烦躁哭闹和脱水发生率低于对照组;观察组患儿家属满意度为97.78%,明显高于对照组。结论 :间断蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸有较好的治疗效果,且不良反应发生率少,具有良好的应用价值。

Methods The neonatal jaundice patients in March 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital as the research object, and then randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given conventional blue light irradiation, the observation group was given intermittent blue light irradiation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared, and the differences of the levels of laboratory indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Two groups of patients effective rate had no significant difference; Two groups of patients before treatment, no difference in TRF, CRP levels, after treatment, the TRF levels of the patients in the two groups were higher than before treatment, CRP and bilirubin levels were lower than before treatment, and there was no difference between the two groups; The observation group with rash, a decrease in milk supply, crying and dehydration rate lower than the control group(x 2 =7.200, P=0.007); The observation group with family satisfaction was 97.78%, significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Intermittent blue light irradiation has a good therapeutic effect on neonatal jaundice, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, so it has good application value.
