丁苯酞治疗阿尔茨海默病MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分改变及其相关性分析的临床研究

Clinical research of MOCA scores and ADAS-cog scores change and correlation analysis in Alzheimer's diseases treated with butylphthalide

目的 :评价丁苯酞对阿尔茨海默病的治疗作用以及MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分的相关性。方法 :采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)和阿尔茨海默病评估量表认知部分(Alzheimer's disease Assessment Scale Cognitive part,ADAS-Cog),对34例病人丁苯酞软胶囊口服治疗前及治疗后18天、36天、72天MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分数据采用单因素方差分析和Pearson相关系数分析。结果 :治疗后72天MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分与治疗前、治疗后18天、36天比较差异有统计学意义,MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分经过Pearson相关系数分析显示具有显著负相关。结论 :丁苯酞对阿尔茨海默病人的认知功能有显著改善作用,MoCA评分和ADAS-Cog评分具有显著负相关性。

Objective To evaluate butylphthalide soft capsules therapeutic effects in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD and the correlation between MOCA scores and ADAS-cog scores.Methods The MOCA scores and ADAS-cog scores of 34 AD patients with butylphthalide soft capsules treatment,which of before treatment,18 days after treatment,36 days after treatment,and 72 days after treatment were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient.Results The MOCA scores and ADAS-cog scores of 72 days after treatment were significantly different with before treatment,18 days after treatment,36 days after treatment.The MOCA scores and ADAS-cog scores showed a significant negative correlation by Pearson correlation coefficient analysis.Conclusion Butylphthalide can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.There was a significant negative correlation between the MOCA scores and the ADAS-cog scores.
