观察补肾活血颗粒治疗90例妇女绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果

Observation on the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue granule in treating 90 cases of women with postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的 :观察补肾活血颗粒治疗妇女绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法 :选取2015年12月～2017年09月在我院进行治疗的180例妇女绝经后骨质疏松症患者,根据数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例患者。对照组患者给予骨营养剂治疗,观察组患者采用补肾活血颗粒治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)、尿钙、血钙、血磷、雌二醇、中轴骨骨密度以及生活质量。结果 :两组治疗前PTH、尿钙、血钙、血磷、雌二醇、中轴骨骨密度以及生活质量评分无明显变化,无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组血清PTH、尿钙、血钙、血磷、雌二醇值、中轴骨骨密度以及生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :补肾活血颗粒治疗妇女绝经后骨质疏松症的效果显著,血清PTH、血钙、血磷水平明显降低,尿钙水平逐渐恢复正常,雌二醇水平上升,中轴骨骨密度增加,患者生活质量得到明显提高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue granule in treating 90 cases of women with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods One hundred eighty women with postmenopausal osteoporosis who treated in our hospital from December 2015 to September 2016 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,90 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with bone nutrient,while the patients in theobservation group were treated with Bushen Huoxue granule.The serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),urinary calcium,serum calcium,phosphorus,estradiol,axial bone mineral density and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in PTH,urinary calcium,serum calcium,phosphorus,estradiol,axial bone mineral density and quality of life before treatment between two groups.After treatment,the PTH,urinary calcium,serum calcium,phosphorus,estradiol,axial bone mineral density and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue granule has significant effect in treating women with postmenopausal osteoporosis,it can significantly decrease the serum PTH,serum calcium and phosphorus levels,gradually restore the urinary calcium to normal level,increase the estradiol level and axial bone mineral density,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
