米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者血清TGF-β1和性激素水平的影响 被引量:4

Effect of mifepristone on serum TGF-, beta 1 and sex hormone levels in patients with uterine leiomyoma

摘要 目的 :探究米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者血清TGF-β1和性激素水平的影响。方法 :选取本院2016年3月~2017年3月来我院进行子宫肌瘤治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,对所有的子宫肌瘤的患者口服米非司酮进行治疗,一个疗程之后对治疗前后的血清中的TGF-β1(转化生长因子-β1)和性激素水平进行比较,对治疗前后的子宫及子宫肌瘤的体积进行比较。结果 :(1)治疗前后血清性激素指标中LH、FSH和T在治疗前后没有发生变化,无统计学差异;血清中P和E2在治疗后相比于治疗前显著的降低;(2)患者在治疗后子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积显著地低于治疗前,存在统计学差异。结论 :在治疗子宫肌瘤患者方面米非司酮具有良好的临床疗效,该药物的作用机制可能是通过改善调节女性体内的血清性激素和TGF-β1的水平,进而对子宫肌瘤的发生发展进行有效的控制和治疗。 Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on serum TGF-beta 1 and sex hormone levels in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods In our hospital from March 2016-2017 year in March to our hospital for the treatment of uterine fibroids in 90 patients as the research object,all the patients took orally mifepristone for uterine fibroids treatment,after a course of treatment on serum before and after treatment in the TGF-1 beta(TGF beta 1)and compare the sex hormone levels before and after treatment,and uterine myoma volume were compared.Results(1)Before and after treatment with LH,FSH and T of serum sex hormone index before and after the treatment,no change,no significant difference;P and E2 in serum after treatment compared with before treatment significantly decreased;(2)patients in the treatment of uterine and fibroid volume after volume significantly compared with before treatment,there was significant difference.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with uterine leiomyoma mifepristone has good clinical curative effect,mechanism of action of the drug may be serum sex hormone levels and expression of TGF-by improving the regulation of female body 1,carried out effective control and treatment of the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma.
