摘要
目的 :探究肺炎支原体(MP)感染对支气管哮喘患者气道炎症的影响。方法 :选取2013年6月~2017年6月本院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期296例患者为研究对象。根据是否合并MP感染将患者分为哮喘组(152例)、合并MP感染组(144例)。观察两组肺功能指标(FEV1、PEF、FVC)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、炎性指标(血清CRP、PCT),比较不同MP感染患者上述指标水平。结果 :合并MP感染组患者FEV1、PEF、FVC水平为2.82±0.99、5.34±1.94、3.21±1.28,均低于哮喘组(3.28±1.24、5.98±2.18、3.63±1.46),差异有统计学意义;EOS、CRP、PCT水平为(497.69±56.28)×106/L、(17.42±3.08)mg/L、(0.45±0.82)ng/L,均高于哮喘组[(431.36±50.57)×106/L、(12.36±2.49)mg/L、(0.26±0.69)ng/L],差异有统计学意义。急性MP感染患者FEV1、PEF、FVC水平为2.51±0.85、5.01±1.07、3.03±0.96,低于慢性MP感染患者(2.97±0.93、5.49±1.12、3.39±1.05),EOS、CRP、PCT水平为(502.36±54.11)×106/L、(18.49±3.26)mg/L、(0.48±0.31)ng/L,高于慢性MP感染患者[(481.23±52.37)×106/L、(16.51±2.73)mg/L、(0.31±0.19)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义。结论 :支气管哮喘气道炎症与肺炎支原体感染关系密切,哮喘患者合并MP感染尤其是急性MP感染可加重气道炎症。
Objective To investigate the effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection on airway inflammation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 296 patients with acute bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June2013 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects.Patients were divided into the asthma group(152 cases)and the MP infection group(144 cases)according to whether or not MP infection was combined.Observe two groups of lung function indexes(FEV1,PEF,FVC),peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS),inflammatory index(serum CRP,PCT),Compare the above indicators in different MP infection patients.Results The levels of FEV1,PEF and FVC in patients with MP infection were 2.82±0.99,5.34±1.94,and 3.21±1.28,respectively,which were lower than those in asthma group(3.28±1.24,5.98±2.18,3.63±1.46).The difference was statistically significant.The levels of EOS,CRP and PCT were(497.69±56.28)×106/L,(17.42±3.08)mg/L,and(0.45±0.82)ng/L,which were higher than those in the asthma group[(431.36±50.57)×106/L].(12.36±2.49)mg/L,(0.26±0.69)ng/L],the difference was statistically significant.The levels of FEV1,PEF and FVC in patients with acute MP infection were 2.51±0.85,5.01±1.07,and 3.03±0.96,which were lower than those in patients with chronic MP infection(2.97±0.93,5.49±1.12,3.39±1.05).The levels of EOS,CRP,and PCT were(502.36±54.11)×106/L,(18.49±3.26)mg/L,(0.48±0.31)ng/L,higher than patients with chronic MP infection[(481.23±52.37)×106/L,(16.51±2.73)Mg/L,(0.31±0.19)ng/L],the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Airway inflammation in bronchial asthma is closely related to mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Asthma patients with MP infection,especially acute MP infection,can increase airway inflammation.
