叶黄素联合胞二磷胆碱治疗青少年弱视患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of lutein combined with citicoline in the treatment of juvenile amblyopia

目的 :探讨叶黄素联合胞磷胆碱联合治疗青少年弱视患者的临床疗效,对患者视力和融合功能表达情况的分析。方法 :选取128例青少年弱视患者进行研究,并随机将其均分两组,对照组予常规治疗联合口服叶黄素,观察组在对照组治疗基础上同时口服胞磷胆碱。结果 :治疗6个月后,发现观察组视力提高有效率(96.9%)优于对照组(78.1%),差异显著;观察组视力优于对照组,差异显著;观察组融合功能优于对照组,差异显著;观察组立体视觉优于对照组,差异显著;观察组没有不良反应且复发率低。结论 :口服叶黄素联合胞磷胆碱对青少年弱视疗效明显,视力及融合功能明显好转,复发率以及不良反应小,显著改善了患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of the use of lutein combined with phosphatidylcholine in the amblyopia patients.Methods 128 adolescent patients with amblyopia were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with combined treatment and lutein.On the basis of the above treatment,cell two phosphorcholine was added to the observation group.Results After 6 months,the observation group improved the treatment efficiency(96.9%)than the control group(78.1%),the difference was significant,the patients’visual acuity,fusion function,stereovision,and patients’adverse reaction and recurrence were observed and analyzed.Conclusion Take orally lutein combined with phosphorus choline in patients after treatment has obvious effect,recurrence rate and side effects are small,which significantly improves the clinical symptoms of patients.
