馥感啉口服液联合氨溴特罗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效、Eos及FeNO的影响

Effect of Fu Gan Lin Kou Fu Ye combined with ambroterol on efficacy, Eos and Fe NO in children with cough variant asthma

目的 :探究馥感啉口服液联合氨溴特罗对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿疗效、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)及呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)的影响。方法 :将2016年5月~2018年3月我院收治的92例变异性哮喘患儿随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组患儿予以氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联用馥感啉口服液实施治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后临床疗效,并比较两组患儿Eos、FeNO、肺功能及临床症状变化情况。结果 :观察组临床总有效率(86.96%)显著高于对照组(71.74%),差异有统计学意义。治疗后,两组Eos及FeNO相比于治疗前明显下降,且观察组相比于对照组下降更为明显;而PEF、FEV1/FVC及FVC相比于治疗前明显上升,且观察组相比于对照组明显上升;两组症状积分相比于治疗前明显下降,且观察组相比于对照组下降更为明显。结论 :馥感啉口服液联合氨溴特罗是治疗小儿CVA的有效药物,二者联合用药可提升患儿的临床疗效、抑制气道炎症反应、改善肺功能及病症积分,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of FuGanLinKouFuYe combined with ambroxol on efficacy,Eos and FeNO in children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 92 children with variable asthma in our hospital from May 2016 to March2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The children of the control group were treated with ambroxol and montelukast sodium,and the children in the observation group were treated with orally oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of Eos,FeNO,pulmonary function and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(86.96%)in the observation group was obviously more than that in the control group(71.74%),which has significant statistically difference.After treatment,the contents of Eos and FeNO in two groups were obviously less than those before treatment,and the observation group decreased more obviously than the control group;while the content of PEF,FEV1/FVC and FVC increased obviously compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was obviously more than that of the control group;the symptom scores of the two groups were obviously less than those before treatment,and the observation group decreased more obviously than the control group.Conclusions FuGanLinKouFuYe combined with ambroterol is an effective drug for the treatment of children with CVA.The combination of the two drugs can improve the clinical efficacy of children,inhibit airway inflammation,improve lung function and disease scores,and has clinical value.
