他克莫司软膏联合清热消肿洗剂湿敷治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Qingre Xiaozhong Lotion hydropathic compress compress for hormone dependent dermatitis

目的 :统计分析清热消肿洗剂湿敷联合他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的应用效果。方法 :选择2016年11月~2017年11月于北京中医医院和北京中医医院顺义医院皮肤科门诊就诊的90例激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组患者给予清热消肿洗剂湿敷联合他克莫司软膏治疗,对照组患者给予他克莫司软膏单独治疗。观察两组患者疗效、复发、症状体征评分、损伤面积、表皮含水量、表皮经皮水分丢失值、表皮油脂含量以及不良反应情况。结果 :观察组治疗后的有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(77.78%),观察组复发率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义;治疗后,症状体征评分和皮损面积均有明显下降,观察组低于对照组(5.14±1.63分、5.02±1.48 cm2),差异显著有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组表皮含水量、表皮油脂含量高于对照组,TEWL值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :清热消肿洗剂湿敷联合他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效佳,症状体征和皮肤屏障功能改善效果好,安全性高,可广泛应用于激素依赖性皮炎的临床治疗中。

Objective To statistically analyze the effect of Qingre Xiaozhong Lotion hydropathic compress combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dePendent dermatitis.Methods 90 Patients with hormone-dePendent dermatitis were selected from November 2016 to November 2017 as the subjects.The Patients were randomly divided into observation grou P and control grouP,45 cases in each grouP.The Patients in the observation group were treated with Qingre Xiaozhong Lotion hydropathic compress and tacrolimus ointment.The control group received tacrolimus ointment alone.The curative effect,recurrence,symPtom and signs,injury area,ePidermal water content,ePidermal transdermal water loss,ePidermal fat content and adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate in the observation grouP(95.56%)was significantly higher than in the control grouP(77.78%),and the relapse rate(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),the difference was significant.After treatment,symPtoms and signs score and lesion area were significantly decreased,the observation group was lower than that in the control grouP(5.14±1.63 Points,5.02±1.48 cm2),the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,skin water content,ePidermal fat content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,TEWL value in the observation grouP were lower than those in the control grouP,the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of Qingre Xiaozhong Lotion hydropathic compress combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dePendent dermatitis is remarkable,which can Promote the imProvement of clinical symPtoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high clinical aPPlication value.
