熊胆眼药水联合克拉霉素对睑板腺功能障碍患者的疗效及预后分析

Efficacy and prognosis of bear bile eye drops combined with clarithromycin in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction

目的 :分析熊胆眼药水联合克拉霉素对睑板腺功能障碍患者的疗效及预后。方法 :回顾性分析2016年4月~2018年4月见在我院接受治疗的98例睑板腺功能障碍患者的诊疗情况。按照治疗方式的不同,将其分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例)。对照组采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行治疗,观察组采用熊胆眼药水联合克拉霉素进行治疗。治疗10天后,比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗过程中不良事件的发生情,观察分析两组患者治疗前后睑缘形态评分、临床症状评分、睑板腺分泌物评分,记录比较两组患者治疗前后泪液分泌试验(SIT)值和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)。结果 :观察组患者的临床有效率(91.84%)高于对照组(77.55%),不良事件发生率(8.16%)低于对照组(24.49%),两组比较差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的临床症状评分、睑板腺分泌物评分和睑缘形态评分均明显低于对照组,SIT值及BUT值均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 :熊胆眼药水联合克拉霉素能提高睑板腺功能障碍患者的临床疗效,改善患者的睑板腺功能,值得在临床中加以推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and prognosis of bear bile eye drops combined with clarithromycin in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of 98 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases).The control group was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops,and the observation group was treated with bear bile eye drops combined with clarithromycin.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse events during the treatment were compared.The morphological scores,clinical symptom scores,and meibomian gland secretions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Before and after tear secretion test(SIT)values and tear film break time(BUT).Results The clinical effective rate(91.84%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(77.55%),and the incidence of adverse events(8.16%)was lower than that of the control group(24.49%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The clinical symptom score,meibomian gland secretion score and sacral margin morphology score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the SIT value and BUT value were significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Bear bile eye drops combined with clarithromycin can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction and improve the meibomian gland function of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
