凝血和血小板功能分析仪在重症中暑合并凝血功能障碍患者中的应用

Application of coagulation and platelet function analyzer in patients with severe heat stroke complicated with coagulation disorders

目的 :分析凝血和血小板功能分析仪在重症中暑合并凝血功能障碍患者中的应用。方法 :选取本院110例重症中暑伴有凝血功能障碍患者为观察组,并选择同期50例单一重症中暑者为对照组,检测两组血常规、常规凝血指标、D-二聚体及凝血和血小板功能分析仪相关指标。结果 :两组患者在性别比、年龄、住院天数及中心体温对比均无明显差异,而重症监护室住院天数、预后及APACHEⅡ评分对比具有明显差异;常规凝血指标包括Fib、PLT、PT、APTT、D-二聚体及INR均与凝血功能障碍的发生存在显著相关性。凝血和血小板功能分析仪指标CR、ACT与凝血功能障碍的发生存在相关性。结论 :凝血和血小板功能分析仪可有效诊断重症中暑合并凝血功能障碍患者,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application of coagulation and platelet function analyzer in patients with severe heat strokecomplicated with coagulation disorders.Methods 110 cases of severe heatstroke with coagulation disorders were selected in our hospital as the observation,and 50 cases of single severe heatstroke as the control group.The blood routine indicators,blood coagulation indexes,two D-dimer and related indexes of coagulation and platelet function analyzerwere detected in the two groups.Results The sex,age,length of stay and the center temperatureshowed no significant difference between the two groups,andhospitalization days inintensive care unit,prognosis and APACHE II scores showed obvious difference between the two groups;the conventional coagulation indexes including Fib,PLT,PT,APTT,two D-dimer and INR were significantly correlated with the occurrence of coagulation disorders.The indexes of blood coagulation and platelet function analyzer such as CR and ACT had correlation with the occurrence of coagulation disorders.Conclusion Coagulation and platelet function analyzer can effectively diagnosepatients with severe heatstroke complicated with coagulation disorders,which has higher application value.
