厌氧棒菌苗抑癌作用的实验研究 Ⅰ、厌氧棒菌苗对带瘤动物胸腺和T细胞的影响

摘要 本文用C_(57)BL小鼠皮下移植Lewis肺癌,腹腔内应用H-84厌氧棒菌苗治疗,五天后,观察H-84厌氧棒菌苗的抑瘤作用,同时观察这些动物的胸腺及末梢血中ANAE染色细胞数的变化。结果发现H-84厌氧棒菌苗对C_(57)BL小鼠Lewis肺癌有明显抑瘤作用,表现为瘤重减小和肺部转移灶减少。也发现带瘤小鼠与正常小鼠相比胸腺重量明显减小,末梢血中ANAE染色细胞数减少;而经厌氧棒菌苗治疗的带瘤小鼠胸腺仍呈萎缩状态,但末梢血ANAE染色细胞数确维持在正常小鼠水平。文章对厌氧棒菌苗的抑癌作用进行了讨论。 The effect of Cp on the thymus and peripheral blood T-cell in tumor-bearing mice was studied. Five days after subcutaneous inoculation of Lewistumor cell in C57 Bl mice, the tumor growth,thymus atrophy and decreasingpercentage of ANAE positive cell in peripheral blood were noted. How-ever,H-84 Cp was injected intraperitoneally together with tumor cell inocu-lation,the tumor growth was depressed and lung metastasis inhibited. It alsoshowed that the percentage of ANAE positive cell was on a level withthe normal mice, but the thymus was still atrophied in Cp treatment mice.The mechanism of antitumor effect of Cp in tumor-bearing mice wasdiscussed.
