On the Modes, Problems and Solutions of the Integrated Service of Medical and Nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Elderly in Guangzhou

阐述了广州市探索医养结合服务的背景,建议地方政府加强对中医药特色"医养结合"服务的政策扶持和资金投入;进一步整合医疗资源和养老资源,提高中医药特色"医养结合"服务供方的服务能力;制定中医药特色"医养结合"服务的服务标准,提高服务质量以及加强对中医药特色"医养结合"服务人才的培养。

This paper expounds the background of exploring integrated medical and nursing services in Guangzhou.It is suggested that local governments strengthen policy support and capital investment to develop the integrated service of medical and nursing with TCM.The integration of medical resources and nursing resources should be furthered to improve the TCM service capabilities.We should formulate the service standards of the integrated service of medical and nursing with TCM to improve the service quality and to take measures to strengthen the training of the service talents.
