GC-MS结合主成分分析比较广藿香干燥前后挥发油化学成分差异 被引量:9

GC-MS Combined with Principal Component Analysis to Compare the Difference of Volatile Oil in Guanghuoxiang (Pogostemon Cablin) Before and After Drying

摘要 目的:分析广藿香干燥前后挥发油的成分差异,阐明广藿香产地干燥加工中的质量变化。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对干燥前后的广藿香挥发油进行提取,用GC-MS法对所得挥发油组分进行鉴定分析,同时进行谱库检索,并通过SIMCA+P统计软件进行主成分分析。结果:鲜广藿香、干广藿香挥发油得率分别为(1.42±0.29)%、(1.15±0.38)%;GC-MS法分别鉴定出54和47个成分,其中,广藿香醇在鲜品和干品挥发油中含量分别占21.71%和19.43%,广藿香酮在鲜品和干品挥发油中含量分别占35.95%和37.79%。此外,金合欢醇只在干品挥发油中出现,经主成分分析,鲜品组和干品组之间有明显的差异。结论:广藿香干燥前后其挥发油化学成分及含量均发生显著变化,需加强广藿香产地加工中干燥过程的质量控制。 Objective:To analyze the composition differences of volatile oil in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)before and after drying,and to clarify the quality changes in the drying process of patchouli origin.Methods:Volatile oil of Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)was extracted by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the library was searched.The main components of Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)were determined by SIMCA+P of ware analysis.Results:The volatile oil yield of patchouli and patchouli was(1.42±0.29)%and(1.15±0.38)%,respectively.54 and 47 components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The content of patchouli alcohol in volatile oil in dried and fresh products were 21.71%and 19.43%,and content of patchouli ketone in volatile oil in dried and fresh products were 35.95%and 37.79%respectively.In addition,farnesol only appeared in the volatile oil of dried product.According to the principal component analysis,there was a significant difference between the fresh product group and the dry product group.Conclusion:The chemical composition and content of volatile oil in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)dry before and after significant changes,and it needs to strengthen the quality control of the drying process of Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)origin processing.
