综合医院中药药学服务质量评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluating Quality Index System for Pharmaceutical Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine in General Hospitals

目的:制定评价综合医院中药药学服务质量的指标体系。方法:运用文献研究、现场调查和Delphi专家咨询相结合的方法,构建综合医院中药药学服务质量的评价指标体系。根据专家的评分构建权重判断矩阵,应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果:最终构建由6项一级指标、30项二级指标组成的评价综合医院中药药学服务质量指标体系。结论:评价指标经过一致性检验,内容效度较好,可作为医院管理者对中药药学服务质量进行量化考核和评价的参考。

Objective:To establish an evaluation quality index system for pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals.Methods:The evaluation quality index system for pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals based on literature research,field investigation and Delphi technique.Expert scoring was utilized to construct Weights Judgment Matrix,and AHP was adopted to determine the weights of each index.Results:An evaluation quality index system for pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals was eventually formed,composed by 6 first-level indexes and 30 secondlevel indexes.Conclusion:Consistency test shows that the evaluation index has good content validity,and can be used as the reference for quantitative assessment and evaluation of Pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine of hospital administrators.
