瘤果紫玉盘的质量标准

Qualitaty Standards of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li

目的:建立瘤果紫玉盘的质量标准,控制该药材质量。方法:参照《中国药典》方法,对10批瘤果紫玉盘药材中的水分、总灰分和浸出物进行测定;采用薄层色谱法分别以槲皮素、山奈酚和对照药材为对照,对该药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法建立药材中芦丁的含量测定方法。结果:瘤果紫玉盘药材的水分不得过15%,总灰分不得过9%,酸不溶性总灰分不得少于2%,80%乙醇浸出物不得少于15%,醚浸出物不得少于0.5%。TLC中槲皮素和山奈酚斑点清晰、分离度好,含量测定中芦丁的精密度、稳定性和重现性试验中RSD%均<3%,瘤果紫玉盘10个产地药材芦丁含量在0.094%～0.583%,按干燥品计算,芦丁含量不得少于0.05%。结论:建立的瘤果紫玉盘药材质量标准可有效地控制药材质量,为临床合理、有效、安全用药提供参考。

Objective:To control the quality of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li by establishing quality standards.Method:The pharmacognostical methods were applied.Moisture,total ash and extracts of the herbs from10 different origins were determined according to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Quercetin,kaempferol and reference herbs were used to identify materia medica of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li by TLC method.The contents of this medicinal materials were determined by HPLC method using lutin as reference substances.Results:The properties and microscopic characteristics of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li were described;Moisture was not more than 15%,total ash was not more than 9%,acid insoluble total ash not less than 2%,80%alcohol extracts not less than 15%and ether extracts not less than 0.5%for Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li.The spots of lutin were clear in TLC,RSD was<3%in the stability and repeatability tests lutin in content determination,and the content of lutin from 10 different origins was 0.094%~0.583%,so it was temporarily determined that the lutin was not less than 0.05%in per gram of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li.Conclusion:The quality standard of Uvava Kweichowensis P.T.Li can effectively control the quality of medicinal materials and provide reference for rational,effective and safe medication in clinic.
