逍遥散治疗乳腺癌术后患者抑郁状态的随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study on the Effect of Xiaoyao Powder (逍遥散) on Depression in Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:观察逍遥散治疗乳腺癌术后患者抑郁状态的疗效及安全性。方法:将134例乳腺癌术后患者按随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,每组67例,两组患者均予术后常规辅助治疗,治疗组加用逍遥散,治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后HAMD抑郁量表评分、中医证候积分、生活质量评分及免疫功能指标水平的变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗后HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后NK细胞及T细胞亚群水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散能有效缓解乳腺癌术后患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者免疫功能,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Xiaoyao powder(逍遥散)on depression in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:The 134 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 67 cases in each.All patients were given postoperative conventional adjuvant therapy.The Xiaoyao powder was given to those patients in the treatment group for 4 weeks.The changes of HAMD Scale scores and Chinese Medicine symptoms scores,the quality of life scores and immune function between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the HAMD scores in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms scores in the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The quality of life scores were higher after treatment than before treatment in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).There had no different in the control group before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05).The NK cell and T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder can effectively relieve depression in patients after breast cancer surgery,and increase the immune function and improve the quality of life.
