小青龙汤加减结合膀胱经姜疗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Effect of Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction (小青龙汤) combined with Bladder Meridian Ginger Therapy on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研究小青龙汤加减结合膀胱经姜疗治疗外寒内饮证慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:将150例慢性阻塞性肺疾病外寒内饮证患者随机分为A组(西药常规治疗)、B组(A组治疗基础上加用小青龙汤加减)及C组(B组治疗基础上加用膀胱经姜疗),每组50例。治疗2周后对比3组患者治疗效果、中医证候积分、症状缓解时间、肺功能、血清炎性因子及免疫学因子情况。结果:3组患者治疗好转率由高至低分别为C组>B组>A组(P<0.01);治疗后C组患者中医证候积分均低于B组、A组(P<0.05);C组患者症状缓解时间明显低于B组、A组(P<0.05);C组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC及MMEF均高于B组、A组(P<0.05);C组患者SAA、PCT、IL-8及TNF-α明显低于B组、A组(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤加减结合膀胱经姜疗治疗外寒内饮证慢性阻塞性肺疾病有较好临床疗效,能有效改善患者体内相关细胞因子情况。

Objective:To study the effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with bladder meridian ginger therapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of external cold and internal fluid.Methods:150 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of external cold and internal fluid were divided into group A(western medicine routine treatment),group B(additional Xiaoqinglong decoction)and group C(combined with bladder treatment with ginger),50 patients in each group.After two weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the three groups of patients,TCM symptom scores and symptom relief time after treatment,lung function,serum inflammatory and immunological factors were compared.Results:The improvement rate of the three groups was group C>group B>group A(P<0.01),the scores of TCM syndromes in group C were lower than those in group B and group A(P<0.05),the remission time of symptoms in group C was lower than that in group B and group A(P<0.05),the FEV1,FEV1/FVC and MMEF in group C were higher than those in group B and group A(P<0.05),and the SAA,PCT,IL-8 and TNF-a in C group were lower than those in B group and A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with bladder therapy has better curative effect on patients with COPD in cold and drinking,and can effectively improve the related cytokines in patients,which provides a more effective treatment for patients with clinical COPD.
