抑郁症微观辨证研究进展

Research Progress on Microcosmic Syndrome Differentiation of Depression

为了更好的反映抑郁症中医证型的客观性,查阅和研究了近10年中外相关文献,从汉密尔顿抑郁量表因子、神经递质(单胺类神经递质、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、乙酰胆碱)、氨基酸类神经递质(兴奋递质、抑制递质)、影像学指标及血流标志等客观评价依据及指标方面探讨抑郁症的中医临床分型的微观辨证。发现随着现代科技的不断发展,微观辨证在抑郁症的诊断和治疗中均发挥着日益重要的作用,其中医各证型与量表指标、影像学指标和分子生物学指标之间均存在着一定的联系。

In order to reflect the objectivity of TCM syndrome types of the depression,the author refer to and study the literature that related to depression both at home and abroad nearly 10 years.From basis and objective evaluation indicators of the Hamilton depression rating scale factor,neurotransmitters(single amine neurotransmitter,serotonin and norepinephrine,dopamine and acetylcholine),amino acid neurotransmitter(excited neurotransmitter,inhibitory neurotransmitter),index of imaging and blood flow marks,to investigate the depression of microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM.With the continuous development of modern science and technology,microcosmic syndrome differentiation are playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of depression.There is a certain relationship between indicators of the scale,imaging and molecular biology and each syndrome type of TCM.
