The Clinical Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine For Activating Blood Circulation and Dissipating Blood Stasis in Regulating Tumor Microenvironment

归纳和总结活血化瘀中药应用于调节肿瘤微环境的研究机制,活血化瘀中药在调节肿瘤微环境方面可以通过调节微环境高凝状态降低血液黏度、抑制肿瘤细胞的增生、改善肿瘤乏氧微环境和间质高压抑制缺氧诱导因子表达从而对肿瘤血管的生成产生影响,另一方面还可以通过对微环境中成纤维细胞,趋化因子等的影响抑制肿瘤细胞的转移。

Based on the related literature at home and abroad in recent years, the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis was analyzed and summarized for the regulation of tumor microenvironment. It has been found that in terms of regulating tumor microenvironment,Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis can adjust the hypercoagulable state of microenvironment to reduce blood viscosity, inhibit tumor cell proliferation, improve tumor hypoxia microenvironment and interstitial pressure, and suppress the expression of hypoxia inducible factor, so as to have an effect on tumor angiogenesis. Moreover, the metastasis of tumor cells can be inhibited by the modulation of fibroblasts, chemokine and other factors in the microenvironment.
