血液病患者血小板减少并发血栓栓塞的中西医辨析

Study on the Thromboembolism of Thrombocytopenia in Hematologic from TCM and Western Medicine

目的:从现代医学血栓理论及中医血瘀理论,对血液病患者血小板减少并发血栓栓塞患者进行辨析。方法:回顾性分析我院血液科近10年住院患者中血小板减少并发血栓患者的资料,对其生理特征及血栓高危因素加以统计分析。结果:深静脉置管、输血、使用糖皮质激素为血小板减少合并血栓栓塞的高危因素。结论:血液病患者在血小板减少时也极易并发血栓栓塞,在治疗过程中,需时刻警惕血栓的风险。

Objective: To study the thromboembolism of thrombocytopenia in hematologic patients from the theory of thrombosis and blood stasis of TCM. Methods: The data of in-patients hematologic patients with thromboembolism of thrombocytopenia for 10 years, was analyzed. The clinical biological characteristics and the data of related risk factors of complicating thrombosis, were recorded and analyzed. Results: Deep vein catheter, blood transfusion, glucocorticoids were high risk factors for thrombosis. Conclusions: Patients with thrombocytopenia in hematopathy are prone to thromboembolism, so the risk of thrombus should be vigilant In the treatment process.
