基于数据挖掘探讨《四圣心源》治疗消渴病的组方用药规律

Based on the Data Mining to Discuss the Theory of Diabetes from Si Sheng Xin Yuan

目的:探讨黄元御《四圣心源》治疗消渴病的组方用药规律,为临床治疗消渴病提供参考依据。方法:将《四圣心源》方剂中涉及药物进行整理,建立Excel 2007四圣心源方药数据库,运用频数分析及聚类分析法对《四圣心源》的用药情况进行统计学分析。结果:筛选出140首方剂,涉及药物103味,用药频次达893次,消渴用药中药物使用频次位居前4为茯苓、泽泻、桂枝、附子,药物类别排列第1位为利水渗湿药,体现黄氏论治消渴以扶阳抑阴为大法,从肝脾肾论治,根本在于顾护脾土。结论:黄元御《四圣心源》治疗消渴病不离扶阳抑阴、崇尚脾土,基于数据挖掘其用药规律可为临床治疗提供参考。

Objective:To discuss the pattern of the treatment of diabetes from Si Sheng Xin Yuan,to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes.Methods:The drug prescriptions involved in Si Sheng Xin Yuan,were arranged to build EXCEL2007 database of Si Sheng Xin Yuan,and frequency analysis and cluster analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results:The results showed that there’re 140 prescriptions and 103 drug,and the total usage rate is 893.The drugs with top four frequencies were Fuling(Poria cocos),Zexie(Alisma orientalis),Guizhi(Cinnamomum cassia twig)and Fuzi(Aconite root).Drug categories ranked first in the list is drugs for diuresis and dampness and it reflects HUANG Yuan-yu treats diabetes according to the main principle of reinforcing Yang and suppressing Yin,with treatment of liver,spleen and kidney,based on protecting spleen and soil.Conclusion:Not only encouraging Yang to suppress Yin,but also attaches great importance to the spleen soilis is the mainly therapy of diabetes from Si Sheng Xin Yuan of HUANG Yuan-yu,and it can provide a reference for clinical treatment based on data mining.
