鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤对肾病综合征大鼠血脂的影响

Effect of Jiyu Dongguapi Tang(鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤) on Blood Lipid in Rats with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:观察鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤对肾病综合征模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法:将96只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组、常规用药组,常规用药组予常规药物干预,鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组除常规药物干预,按照等效剂量予以鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤,连续28 d。分别于给药前、给药14 d及给药28 d后,检测大鼠血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化及肝脏高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平变化。结果:给药14 d后鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组与常规用药组大鼠甘油三酯、总胆固醇均低于模型组,血清白蛋白显著高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药28 d后鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组大鼠血清白蛋白高于常规用药组(P<0.05),总胆固醇与甘油三酯水平均低于常规用药组(P<0.05);给药14 d后鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组和常规用药组大鼠肝脏LDL表达水平明显低于模型组,HDL及血清白蛋白表达水平高于模型组(P<0.05);鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤组大鼠HDL表达水平高于常规用药组(P<0.05)。结论:鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤可降低肾病综合征模型大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,提高血清白蛋白的含量,增加肝脏HDL表达,降低LDL表达。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiyu Dongguapi Tang on blood lipid in nephrotic syndrome rats.Methods:A total of 96 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group and control group.The rats were given routine intervention in control group and the rats in Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group were given Jiyu Dongguapi Tang according to the equivalent dosage as well as except routine intervention for 28 days.The changes of serum albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and liver high/low density lipoprotein(LDL,HDL)were detected in 14 days and 28 days.Results:The Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group and the control group showed lower levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol while higher levels of serum albumin than the model group in 14 days(P<0.05).The Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group showed higher levels of serum albumin while lower levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol than the control group in 28 days(P<0.05).The Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group and the control group showed lower LDL while higher levels of HDL and serum albumin than the model group in 14 days(P<0.05).The Jiyu Dongguapi Tang group showed higher levels of HDL than the control group in 14 days(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiyu Dongguapi Tang can reduce the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride,increase the content of serum albumin,increase the expression of HDL and decrease the expression of LDL in nephrotic syndrome rats.
