摘要
目的:建立没药药材的HPLC特征图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 m L·min-1;检测波长:300 nm;柱温:35℃;进样量:10μL。对不同产地的没药进行特征指纹图谱考察,并采用"中药色谱特征图谱相似度评价系统"(2012版)对其进行相似度分析。结果:建立了没药高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究方法,并确定了指纹图谱中9个共有峰,14批没药药材中7批药材相似度大于0.90。结论:该方法简单、快速、重复性好,为没药的基源鉴定和质量评价提供了充分的依据。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint for chromatogram Moyao(Myrrha).Methods:The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 0.8 m L·min-1,and detection wavelength was 300 nm;column temperature was 35℃,and injection volume was 10μL.Moyao(Myrrha)from different regions were detected by fingerprint,and Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2012 edition)was used for the common peaks iolentification and similarity evaluation.Results:The HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Moyao(Myrrha)was established.The fingerprint consisted of 9 common peaks.The similarities of the fingerprints of seven samples of 14 batches of Moyao(Myrrha)from different regions were above 0.90.Conclusion:The test method is simple and rapid,with good reproducibility.It provides the basis for Moyao(Myrrha)Origin identification and quality control.
