Study on Evaluation of the Quality of Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus) from Different Areas Based on HPLC Fingerprinting and Cluster Analysis

摘要 目的:建立桂枝饮片指纹图谱方法,分析不同产地桂枝饮片质量。方法:色谱柱为费罗门Luna C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长:254 nm。采用相似度评价、聚类分析方法,对15批样品进行比较与分析。结果:15批桂枝样品中指认了6个共有峰,相似度在0.90以上,并分为2类。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可以用于不同产地桂枝饮片质量控制与评价。 Objection:To establish the method of HPLC fingerprinting and to analyze the quality of Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)in different areas.Methods:The column was a Phenomenex Luna(2)C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution.The column temperature was30℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Ten peaks were extracted as the common peaks of 15 batches of samples.The similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to compare and analyze 15 batches of samples.Results:A total of six peaks were extracted as the common peaks of 15 batches of samples.The similarity was 0.90 or more.And the 15 batches of samples were divided into two categories.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable,and can be used for quality control and evaluation of Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)in different areas.
