基于多活性成分的天麻饮片提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technology of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma) Based on Multiple Active Components

目的:优选天麻饮片的提取工艺。方法:以天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、巴利森苷E、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C、巴利森苷A 6种活性成分为指标成分,进行提取溶剂、提取时间、次数、液料比单因素考察,再采用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件,并进行验证。结果:水为最佳提取溶剂,优选的最佳工艺为提取3次,每次80 min,液料比为6∶1。结论:本研究优选的天麻饮片提取工艺提取效率高,溶剂消耗少,为天麻饮片的提取提供参考。

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma).Methods:Six kinds of active ingredients such as gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,palisarin E,palisarin B,palisarin C,and palisarin A were used as index components.The extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction times and the ratio of liquid to material were investigated by single factor.The optimum extraction conditions were optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test and verified.Results:Water was the best extraction solvent.The best optimal extraction process was 3 times,80 minutes each time,and the ratio of liquid to material is 6∶1.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)has high extraction efficiency and low solvent consumption,which could provide reference for the extraction of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma).
