Application of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy with Severe Cervical Pain According to the Theory of "Heart Controlling Pain"

为了进一步扩展临床治疗痛证的思路,提高针刺治疗痛证的疗效,从心的生理功能、针刺调神、经络循行3个方面梳理了'心主痛'的理论源流,以期更好地为临床解决痛证服务。在'心主痛'说指导下,临床治疗颈椎病剧烈颈痛效果显著。

In order to further expand the thinking of clinical treatment of pain syndrome and improve the curative effect of acupuncture treatment of pain syndrome,the theoretical sources of'heart controlling pain'was sorted out from three aspects:physiological function of the heart,acupuncture adjustment and meridian circulation,in order to better serve clinical treatment of pain syndrome.It is believed that under the guidance of the theory of'heart controlling pain',the clinical treatment of cervical spondylopathy has a significant effect on severe cervical pain.
